Here are just a few of the standards used in the construction of our oven Panels

20-gauge aluminized steel Available in 2", 4”, 6" & 8" or 6" nsulated panels
Tongue and groove wall panels to provide a leak-free seal
6# mineral wool insulation
Available in 15' Lengths
Slotted channel design to reduce heat transfer
Powder Coating is Also Available for the Panels
Our standard panels are 28 ½” providing a net width of 27″. Panels can be made in a variety of widths up 27"

Our insulated panels are rigidly constructed utilizing “knuckle” punch for attaching the top and bottom connecting panels and a “button” punch along the tongue and groove surfaces. This type of assembly process provides superior strength while protecting the appearance of the panels.

Panels are shipped in a vertical orientation to aid in the installation of insulation into the channel prior to interlocking the panels during the assembly process.
