Most products are ETL Listed for their
intended purpose to meet IFC, IBC,
IEC, IMC, NFPA 33, 70, 86, 91, 101
CTOF Spray Booths are ETL Listed to meet code requirements for unlimited painting application and provide a 90% re-circulated curing capability. (Note: ANSI standards do not permit recirculated air curing or heating in direct-fired CTOF applications.) ETL Listing certifies to local authorities and consumers that our products have been inspected for operator and building safety and ensures they meet or exceed the national and local code requirements. UL508A, ANSI, and OSHA standards.
The Raptor Series Paint Booth streamlines the entire painting process with its prep, spray and cure cycles.
Worker safety is job one, and a Raptor Series booth employs a variable frequency drive and make-up unit with a stainless-steel heat exchanger to warm the air and recirculate it without exposing operators to carbon monoxide. Keeping booth conditions stable during final masking and tack off is integral to consistent performance.
It’s not every day you can find a reliable booth model with a prep cycle that meets OSHA-mandated working conditions, heats the air, maintains air pressure, creates optimum spray temperature and ends up saving you 35% more than other systems in its class.

One press of a button on the Touchpad Controller and you are on to the next operating mode: the Raptor spray cycle. A consistent stream of heated air coupled with a steady booth pressure is automatically maintained at a minimum energy output without the use of a damper or operator intervention.
Now that you’re done with the painting process, another press of a button and the booth shifts into its last operating mode: the Cure/Bake Cycle. A Raptor Series booth effortlessly maintains airflow velocity and completes the cure process faster with conventional and waterborne paints. The booth will recirculate the air, minimizing the electricity and fuel other paint booth models normally would consume.
Nova Verta booths are built using nut and bolt assembly with vinyl-coated, galvanized, dual panel construction, guaranteeing their durability and structural integrity. They are complete with two inches of insulation, tubular steel center, door hardware and sealing material.
The difference in the finished product starts with the lighting. As a standard, all stations are equipped with Class I, Division II inside access fixtures with 4 or 6 tubes each, but there are other options available to you. Whatever the station size, the fixtures are placed intentionally to decrease shadows and lighting interference with color corrective tubes.
Each Raptor series is factory pre-wired to reduce installation time and cost. Avoid the headaches that come with intricate installation requirements—your booth comes with easy-to-follow installation manuals and color-coded and labeled wiring to aid in reducing set-up time and expense. And your operator’s safety is guaranteed with finger-safe control panel wiring.
Nova Verta Prep Stations’ come equipped with Rockwell Automation-Allen Bradley technology, including Nema 4-X rated variable frequency drives (VFDs) and easy-to-use Class I, Division II touch screens with lasting performance and energy saving capabilities.
Depending on model configuration, automatic or manually controlled VFDs provide optimum airflow for the ultimate refinish capabilities.
Whether you use automatic or manually controlled VFDs, you will have consistent airflow for perfect refinishing without having to make multiple adjustments to pressure control dampers over time as filters fill with particulates and affect airflow. Since this technology prevents pressurization problems, you won’t encounter turbulence while spraying.
Nova Verta is all about being user friendly with their standard 300 Operator panel or optional color Touch Screen. All operational software has been fine-tuned over years development since 1998: you can log data, receive maintenance reminders, and view alarm history so you can diagnose your own operation and prevents problems in the future. With this innovative technology, you are the expert—no need to send your operators through exhaustive training.
We partner with Nova Verta because the booths are designed with customer safety and convenience in mind. Our priority is to help you create the perfect conditions for prepping, spraying and curing. We take pride in aiding our customers to achieve a glass-like finish every time for every project.
